Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

At its current stage, MAY.AZ is not a full email service — it is a platform that allows users to reserve a username for the future @may.az email service. Full email functionality (sending, receiving, mailbox) is not currently available and will be activated in the future.

2. Account Creation

It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be blocked without prior notice.

3. Username Reservation

The username ("login") chosen during registration is reserved for that user and cannot be changed. Once the full email service launches, the reserved username will automatically become an active @may.az email account. While the Platform aims to protect reservations long-term, it reserves the right to review certain usernames if technical or legal necessity arises.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following may result in an account being blocked: spam activity, submitting false information, attempting to damage the Platform's technical infrastructure, registering usernames that infringe on someone else's identity, and other unlawful activity.

5. Account Suspension

The Platform has the right to temporarily or permanently block a user's account, stating the reason, in the event of a violation of the rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

As the Platform is in a development stage, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted service. MAY.AZ is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any direct or indirect damages arising from users' use of the Platform.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
